Does your toilet ROCK?
If tightening the bolts on the base doesn't stop it, buy some plastic shims from a hardware store and slide them under the toilet to stabilize it. If there's caulking around the base, you may have to remove it to slip the shims under the toilet. Re-caulk after installing the shim to finish. If you need help with this or anything else, feel free to call me. #toilet #balance #shims

Restaining your wood fencing can sound like a long weekend project. It doesn't have to be. You can purchase a garden sprayer from your favorite hardware store. It would be good to pressure wash the fence the day before to get off all the dirt and loose stuff. Mask off anything you don't want to get stain on. Add the stain to the sprayer and start spraying! Easy! : ) #Wood #fence #stain #gardensprayer

Does the entry deadbolt sticks when you key-in? The lock needs lubrication, but not with oil, which can attract dirt over time. Squeeze in graphite powder to lube the lock without creating future gunk-ups. And while you've got the tube handy, give any other squeaky hinges or sticking locks around the house a squeeze too. #lock #keystuck #lubricant
