Most vehicles today have Polycarbonate (Plastic) Headlights and are subject to discoloration due to sunlight and road grime, which can make your headlights become dull and dangerous. The good news is, in most cases, they can be restored without the cost of replacing your headlights.

Headlights that are cloudy or have a yellowish color to them, detract from the beauty of your vehicle, but more importantly, can endanger you and everyone else on the road.

The poor condition of your headlights is becoming more widely known and in some states, police officers are beginning to enforce the minimum visibility requirements by issuing tickets for unsafe headlights. (not sure if CA is enforcing this yet)
